Jill Prescott and Ecole de Cuisine

Together with internationally respected chef, author and Public Broadcasting Television personality Jill Prescott, the Eur-Am Center is developing an Ecole de Cuisine on its campus. To be set in the Eur-Am Center’s historic villa with its own private gardens, outdoor kitchen and surrounding moat, the school will serve and educate culinary experts, home chefs, tourists, restaurateurs, alumni groups, and other VIP guests of the Eur-Am Center.
