TERMS & CONDITIONS: After submitting this Form, a Eur-Am Center representative will reply to you within 72 hours via email, telephone, and/or in person to discuss your needs. Once you receive confirmation that your requested dates and facilities are available, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay is required to guarantee your reservation. For this, we require a credit card number and expiration date at the time of booking. Rest assured, your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation on your part (see schedule below). The total cost of your stay is payable at the time of arrival at the Abbey of Pontlevoy. We accept cash, credit/debit cards as well as wire transfers.
