The International
Education Initiative (IEI) is a proud leader in global education. Our mission is to implement programs,
provide scholarships and form alliances with accredited educational
institutions for the purpose of providing international education opportunities
to interested and qualified students.
The IEI has developed a
strategic alliance with the European-American Center for International
Education and is please to offer potential students of The Abbey Program our
newest award, the Ambassador Scholarship.
The Ambassador Scholarship is a prestigious award given to exceptional
undergraduate students to help them pursue their dreams of an international
education. In 2002-2003, we will have
the pleasure of awarding Ambassador Scholarships of up to $2,000 per student.
To be eligible for the Ambassador Scholarship,
applicants must meet the following criteria:
ü Currently
enrolled in good standing at an American university
ü Interested
in study abroad
ü Applied
and accepted as an Ambassador Scholar
ü Applied
and accepted to The Abbey Program
Applicants will be selected using the following
criteria
ü Academic
interest
ü Financial
need
Applicants are strongly
encouraged to submit their materials as soon as possible.
Early and immediate
acceptance is also possible for qualified candidates.
